FAZE CLAN SIGNS NEW CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Esports and media organization FaZe Clan has tapped Tammy Brandt to join its executive team as chief legal officer and head of business and legal affairs.
At FaZe, Brandt will be responsible for overseeing business and legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. She will work alongside CEO Lee Trink, the FaZe board of directors and the rest of the exec team.
“Tammy has shown her ability to be agile and help both private and public companies in different industries achieve great success,” said Trink. “She has a stellar reputation in the legal and business communities. We are looking forward to Tammy’s high-energy and expertise as FaZe enters this next chapter of explosive growth.”
Prior to joining FaZe, Brandt worked as the chief legal officer and head of business legal affairs at Dreamscape Immersive, a virtual reality company. Before that, she was the chief corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions and alliance counsel at DXC Technology. In total, she brings almost two decades of experience in the tech and entertainment industry.
